1.Product Introduction:
The guide chain roller refers to the guide chain wheel set between the anchor chain barrel and the chain stopper to facilitate the smooth retraction of the anchor chain and avoid friction with the upper mouth of the anchor chain barrel. Composed of rollers, brackets, and pins with concave chain grooves. There are three types: vertical, oblique, and horizontal. In addition to avoiding friction between the anchor chain and the anchor chain barrel, it can also correct the trend of the anchor chain and prevent it from tipping over. Both large and medium-sized ships are equipped with guide chain rollers, and there is no need to set up deck anchor lips. There are also chain puller slots instead of guide rollers.



The guide chain roller has the function of guiding and correcting the anchor chain route, preventing anchor chain jumping, and reducing friction between the anchor chain and the lip edge of the anchor chain barrel on the deck. There are three types: vertical, oblique, or horizontal. Some ships use chain stopper chutes instead of navigation rollers.



The guide chain roller is set at the outlet of the anchor chain barrel deck to limit the direction of anchor chain movement, so that the anchor chain passes through the sprocket when it is perpendicular to the axis of the sprocket. The installation of the guide chain roller should ensure that the anchor chain does not rub against the anchor chain barrel mouth that extends out of the deck when passing through the anchor chain barrel. The commonly used guide chain rollers are suitable for anchor chain diameters ranging from 12.5 to 68mm.
